From first visit to a running process

    Data-logger integration

    Existing inverters are connected over RS485/Modbus, no proprietary hardware required if a compatible logger is already in place.

  • Step 2

    Baseline and alarm thresholds

    Performance-ratio, inverter-availability, and string-level thresholds are set against your plant's own design baseline.

  • Step 3

    Alarm routing

    Alarms are routed to a named engineer or team, with escalation if unacknowledged, not just logged to a dashboard.

  • Step 4

    Ongoing review

    Monthly review of alarm history and false-positive rate to keep thresholds accurate as the plant ages.

Do we need new hardware to use this?

If your inverters already support RS485/Modbus and there's a compatible data logger on site, we can integrate with what's there. If not, we'll spec the minimum hardware needed.

Who actually gets the alarms?

Alarms route to a named engineer or team you designate, with an escalation path if an alarm goes unacknowledged past a set window.

Can this run without your O&M or cleaning services?

Yes, the platform runs standalone on plants we don't otherwise service. Plenty of clients start here and add O&M or cleaning later.
